Message	there was a contract, but it didn't say if the deposit was refundable or not. I assume that the deposit was non-refundable, since he asked me to hold the car for 2 days. as long as it's legal, i would keep the deposit, because of all the time i spent going back and forth to my house to sell the car from my college, which is 58 miles. (316=racetrack).
